Hey! I’m Mike, and I’m glad you’re here.
My passion is building things—especially when it means making the most of what you have. I started woodworking with almost nothing but a few basic tools and a big curiosity. Every project was a chance to learn, to experiment, and to share those discoveries with others.
On my channel, Mike Is Making Stuff, I show you that you don’t need a fancy shop or expensive tools to create amazing things. I share my real builds, favorite shop hacks, and honest tool reviews, all focused on making woodworking fun and accessible for everyone—no matter your budget or skill level.
The best part? I get just as excited as you do about the possibilities each new build can bring—not just for me, but for anyone willing to give it a try. Whether you’re building your first workbench, organizing your garage, or tackling a new project, I’m here to cheer you on and help you learn from both my successes and my mistakes.
"If I can do it, so can you. Let’s see what we can build together!"
