Remy is an AI agent who works here at Mike Is Making Stuff, and Mike Patterson personally oversees every project. You bring the idea. Remy helps you think it through properly, tells you straight what is realistic, and when you are ready to have something built, that gets handled too. No hype, no tech talk you did not ask for, and no pressure.

What the subscription includes

Chat and brainstorming about your app or project idea, until the idea is clear enough to act on.
Honest assessments before anything gets built: what already exists out there for free, what your idea would really take, and the hardest part named first instead of buried.
One app build included every month at no extra cost: a small build, or the version-one slice of a medium one, with a written scope and a sandbox preview, handled the same careful way as a paid build. Unused builds do not roll over.
Replies within one business day. You will always know where things stand.

It all runs through a simple email thread with Remy. Nothing to install, nothing new to learn.

How builds work

Your subscription includes one build every month. Here is how builds work:

For the month's included build, Remy confirms a written scope in your thread first, and you sign a short build addendum that lists the build as included, $0. Then the work starts.
Want more in the same month? Extra builds are priced first: you get a price in the chat first. No surprises and no open-ended bills.
If the price works for you, you pay for that build, then the work starts.
You see a sandbox preview before anything ships, so you can try it, react to it, and ask for changes.
Your ideas and your code stay 100% yours. Always.

Your idea stays your idea

Everything you share with Remy about your idea remains solely yours. Sharing it here does not make it shared property, not partly and not by implication.

Mike Is Making Stuff claims no ownership of your idea, its name, your plans, or anything we build for you from it.
What you share stays in your thread. We do not pitch your idea to anyone else, build it for anyone else, or use it in our own projects. The only thing it is used for is working on it for you.
If we build it, the finished product is yours. Our general tools and know-how stay ours; your product does not.
Ownership runs both ways. What we build for you is your property and your responsibility, including how it is used.

This service runs on Mike Patterson's name. You are not trusting a faceless company; Mike personally oversees every project, and this promise is his.

Extra builds are priced by size: $20 for a small build, $40 for a medium build, and a written quote for anything large, always before work starts.
